At Truman Boot Co., we take pride in our craftsmanship and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots do not meet your expectations, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, pristine items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Inspect Your Boots

  Ensure your boots are in brand new condition with no creasing on the uppers or wear on the outsoles; we recommend trying them on a carpeted surface only.

• 2.
  Initiate the Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the boots back in their original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided during the request process to send them back to our workshop.

• 4.
  Quality Review and Refund

  Once our team inspects the return to confirm it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
